Rotational role between Visy Tumut Pulp and Paper Mill (VP9&10) and Visy Coolaroo Recylced Paper Mill (VP4&5). Visy Tumut: - Role as Winder and Reel Store E&I Engineer, responsible for both paper machine winders, outgoing conveying area and a fleet of 8 automated guided vehicle (AGV) warehouse. Processing up to 1,200 tonnes of paper in a 12 hour period, my role encompassed fault finding utilizing Rockwell ControlLogix 5570 under a high pressure environment, assisting and guiding electricians on AGV breakdowns and planned services and creating maintenance initiaives to improve winder performance and reduce breakdown frequency. Visy Coolaroo:- Automation engineer providing ABB DCS support. - Worked closely with the 800xA system maintaining physical controller hardware, working closely with production team on mill improvements via software changes and assisting with general mill troubleshooting. I also worked with peripheral servers such as OPC and PI server.
