- Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinates with Sales, property departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases of property events. This position primarily handles events of average complexity. Ensures the property events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales.- Defines precise guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests- Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.- Keeping up the Event Satisfaction Survey rating at a minimum 9 of 10- Build and maintain relations towards new guest and repeater guest as well as providing after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests feedback or complaints are efficiently addressed
