As Regional Sales & Service Manager, I focused in sales growth and brand positioning, gaining share out of well stablished competitors. I consistently surpased sales budgets year over year by working toghether with distributors, System Integrators and OEMs, providing technical support, training on products and applications, stablishing corporate agreemnts with large and key accounts, and taking care of after sales service to secure repetitive business.

I started as scholar, and got a direct contract, starting in Spare Parts, Packaging Technical Service, and increasing responsabilities in Processing Technical Sales, driving business and solutions that involve flow components, Homogenizers, Centrifugal Separators, and Heat Exchangers. My last position reported directly to Regional HQ in Chicago, IL, handling pricing, and managing UpGrade projects with Dairy, food and Beverage customers.

I was responsible to stablish the right formulation and parameters for polymers and pigments in the laboratory to escalate productin to industrial level in the factory taking always care on the total manufacturing costs, production flexibility and capacity to keep on time delivery for existing production orders. I also participated in the implementation and certification of several quality assurance systems such as ISO9000, Good Manufacturing Practices, 5s, and others.

I was in charge of the operation and maintenance of a filling line for Downy® in gable-top presentation.The complete line included bottle blower, bottle sorter and orienter, volumetric filler, Labeler, sleever, capper, Code Printer and Carbdoard packer, having consistently good results in terms of productivity and machine down-times (maintenance indicator). I also participated in the Word Class Manufacturing Certification for Liquid Processing inside of Procter & Gamble.
