(pre-production vehicles, non-salable, and salable vehicles).

*Rear compartment and rear window trim Design Engineer for E2SC, A1BC, & C1UL Programs.-Lead Design and development of interior components and subsystems conformed by injected molded parts, thermoformed composites and metal stamping components, in the following vehicles; E2SC child tether cover, A1BC rear window trim panel and C1UL cargo area (complexity based on load floor panel/cargo rail supporting brackets/cargo rails/load floor/plastic handle/storage bin).-Content definition (Bill of materials)-Knowledge of best practices to have the best competitive executions on interior components, to meet esthetic gap and flush on the interfaces.-GD&T and stack up analysis development.-DFMEA/ DRBFM /DFA / DFM development.-Run 7 Diamond and Red X methodology for root cause finding and problems resolution.-Math data release on time and with quality.-Initial CAE analysis through Nastran simulations.-ADVP&R Development with the validation engineer, to document and development test to prevent failure modes displayed on the DFMEA.
