-Spearheaded the development of Power BI dashboards, optimizing the results presentation process and reducing update time from 5 days to just 1 hour. This transformation significantly enhanced decision-making speed and operational efficiency compared to the previous Excel and PowerPoint-based approach. For the monthly results presentation, I integrated various KPIs, including sales, inventory, customer metrics, and profitability, sourced from multiple company databases. This approach ensured a comprehensive and accurate representation of business performance, enabling data-driven decisions that aligned with the company’s strategic goals.-Developed comprehensive Power BI dashboards for the E-Commerce division, integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to total sales, conducting year-over-year comparisons, and visualizing performance shifts across our 83 branches throughout Mexico. These dashboards enabled data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, driving growth and operational efficiency across the division.-Played a key role in the implementation of a new digital tool for audit checklists across all stores in the chain, impacting over 83 locations. My responsibilities included coordinating training sessions with the service provider for various departments, managing the integration of departmental requirements and custom checklist, and ensuring seamless communication between the departments and the provider. This initiative streamlined the audit process, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
