My research has focused on 1) the development of fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) endoscopes instrumentation for autofluorescence imaging in the oral cavity to enable early detection of oral cancer and dysplasia, and 2) the development of light-sheet microscopy systems and image analysis methods for high-throughput quantitative screening of microcarrier-based stem cell cultures.

Presented research on the first generation system at 2018 SPIE Photonics West.
