With over 25 years of professional experience in information technology, almost all of my career has been linked to the implementation of Human Resources management systems (Meta4, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Cézanne, Lumesse ETWeb).As a consultant, I have participated in all phases of a project, from requirements gathering to go live, assuming responsibilities of Project Manager leading projects (interlocution with customers, planning and dimensioning of resources, coordination of tasks assigned to the team, progress monitoring and control, monitoring committees and reporting to management), and supporting pre-sales activities (proposals preparation, time and cost estimating, product presentations and defense of proposals).Currently, I am focused on development tasks for the Meta4 PeopleNet product for Mexico and Chile.
