I am a senior commercial leader with 20+ years of experience from the energy sector and the energy transition, gained first from Shell and then from St1. Over the last 15 years, I have consistently delivered sustainable top and bottom-line growth within complex commercial B2B environments, which primarily has been driven by business development, strategic realignments, mergers & acquisitions, and cultivating a strong customer-centric culture. I have a proven track record of formulating, gaining support for and implementing strategic change in multinational organisations.In my last role in St1, I built St1´s eMobility business. From strategy, to first EV Charging site in 2016, it is on track to grow to 270+ EV charging sites with over 1,800 400kw chargers by 2026.My simple approach is centred around creating amazing teams, a relentless focus on delivery and profitability as well as rapidly and creatively adapting to the ever-evolving external environment. Integrity, trust and respect are the values that underpin everything I do.I am an international Swede, who grew up and then worked in London before eventually settling in Norway.
