Key Responsibilties1-Ensures uniform administrative procedures in accordance with the needs of donors and the organization, supervising the regular reporting of projects 2-Planning, supervision and periodic reporting of all administrative functions related to projects and programs: accounting, budget control, procurement, financial reports and monitoring;3- In collaboration with the Country Coordinator, it maintains formal relations with local authorities, institutional donors and international agencies; 4-In collaboration with the Country Coordinator and the Mozambique desk, it works to consolidate Oikos' presence in the country by defining strategies and identifying new potential, including the search for funds on the spot and other funding opportunities; 5-Ensure the implementation of directives and plans within the deadlines, by efficient and effective management of available resources 6-Support Project Managers in managing the project budget, ensuring that the financial resources available for projects are spent according to donor procedures and project budgets.

-Supporting the Country, Finance and Project Managers in relation to: forecast budget and follow-up, accounting management, partner’s expenditures control, budget modification, monthly cash-flow;- Participate and support all the other activities required for the proper development of the WE WORLD-GVC mission in the country

Responsible for the Fuel Programs development including premium grades in alignment with global strategies, monitor fuel programs effectiveness, lead development of emerging fuels into road transportation and sustainability marketing offer

Oversight of the marketing strategy and responsible to ensure proper sequencing, resourcing and planning of initiatives.Responsible for the development of integrated Pricing and Revenue Management methodologies, systems and tools that support the effective implementation of Revenue Management strategies and optimize business profitability

Develop, implement and manage Lubricants Sales via a Distributor model and contractsin Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, former Yugoslavia and Albania, Greece, Cyprus and Israel

Develop, implement and manage a new B2B model based on asset sales through a tender process and manage a long term Branded supply contract

Responsible of Pricing Strategy of the Esso Retail Network in Italy reporting directly to the senior management:1- Compliance with internal/external regulations2- Site profitability3- Fuel Sales4- Marketing initiatives in coordination with Sales,Brand and the Loyalty team5- Coordinate cross functional strategies with Supply and Wholesale & Specialties

Part of the Value Proposition team appointed to develop the Italy Retail Marketing Strategy and the related implementation plan
