I focus on the organization of Paqt as a company and in particular on automation and the software that Paqt develops for projects and productions.“Actually I do kind of anything that needs to be done and arranged. This includes facility management, IT, finance, general management, managing certifications, audits and machines. But I also just water the plants.”I like to come up with solutions to problems and love to do this in good cooperation with the team. I like the fact that we can share a lot of laughter as a team, but also know how to work really hard.“We are actually being creative every day. Sometimes that means coming up with new paper constructions, other days we’re trying to improve a process or work flow. It’s great to make physically tangible products which can make children, and therefore also parents, happy.”BackgroundI immediately entered the IT industry after my International Management Studies. There I learned to program and also mastered the art of Project Management. Before joinning Paqt I worked for Joh. Enschedé Amsterdam (JEA), where I fulfilled various roles, especially in the field of ICT and in the creative department. At JEA, I became acquainted with the graphic profession and I used my experience in automation to optimize the printing processes. After twenty-five years of working as an employee for companies, I decided to follow my own path and started my entrepreneurship at Paqt.“I have a clear vision about how a company should be managed; about the culture, standards and values. From the beginning of 2021 I joined Paqt as a co-owner. In Marco, whom I knew from JEA, and Bianca I have found people who have similar beliefs and whom I really enjoy working with. We complement each other to the max, and we have now gathered a great team of six.
