Created and developed food and beer menu which included purchasing and pricing. As the Bar Manager, I trained our staff on a circulating beer list that consisted of over 65 beers. My responsibilities included expediting food, greeting customers, hiring and terminating staff, providing weekly menus for the kitchen staff and devising monthly events and promos.
