With 20 years of experience in IT, I have learned from failures, overcome challenges and celebrated successes that equip me to lead IT areas and projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, team well-being, and financial objectives.I am a Project Manager/IT Manager and Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in the IT sector, performing functions in planning, execution, and project tracking, customer service and negotiation, cost management, and profitability of projects and business units, formation, consolidation, and growth of development and IT teams, design of new services and products, and business strategy. I possess knowledge of agile and traditional work frameworks, cloud infrastructure, software development and deployment technologies, software development processes, application integration, software quality, and professional competencies in result orientation, leadership, execution, decision-making, compliance, and attention to detail.At the start of this journey full of enriching experiences, I co-founded a software engineering/software factory company that lasted a little over 15 years. It was a beautiful construction, from the role of entrepreneur/businessman, which demands facing various aspects that can only be learned when you throw yourself into the battlefield to fight against the beast. We learned as we went, making mistakes and trying to overcome them. We achieved many great things, sang, and celebrated many victories.
