Projects:-Highway 99 RHMA Overlay -Dermody Properties Logisticenter Warehouse-Phelan Development Gateway Warehouses Bldgs 3 & 4- Liberty Island Road Improvement- Shea Homes Orchard Trails Subdivision- KT Homes Cannery Park Villages A,B,C-LGI Homes Cannery Park Village F2(Underground utilities, grading, concrete, paving)My core duties as a Project Engineer for Teichert include field coordination between the GC and our various different trades, processing RFIs, change order requests and submittals, maintaining a change order log, updating construction schedules, internal crew coordination, ordering materials, paying invoices, and projecting costs. I serve as the medium between inspectors, surveyors, project owners, the GC, and our crews.

Projects:Scotts Valley Water Treatment Plant Retrofit ($3M)- responsible for procurement of materials, metals, piping, valves, catch basins, etc- in constant communication with the foremen and crew on the field to make sure they have all the material and equipment they need to complete a task- hold meetings with construction management personnel and inspectors to keep everyone on the same page of our progress- submit RFIs and submittals to engineers/owners-serve as the medium between field crews & clients, CMs, and inspectors

-Assisted the Plant Engineer in performing routine preventative maintenance on the reverse osmosis system and activated carbon towers- Compiled and trended data on various equipment including: pumps, compressors, and chillers- Gained heavy exposure to HVAC equipment and MEP systems -Applied continuous improvement principles by implementing a new hazardous waste disposal process that will save the plant around $7,000-$10,000 annually - Wrote a new SOP for the newly implemented process and gave training presentations to about 60 mechanics and operators.

- Assist an engineering professor grade students' assignments and quizzes- Provide helpful feedback to students’ assignments to help them better understand the material

• Assist in interpreting existing engineering manuals, guidelines and policies. Review existing engineering training materials for consistency.• Assist in developing a variety of learning materials and resources for use in training.• Assist in reviewing engineering documents and researching technical information on the intranet and internet.• Assist in scheduling and coordinating various engineering design training sessions with HQ and District staff.• Assist with tracking and reporting on training sessions.
