My role is to provide advice on tax structuring, planning and compliance services to entrepreneurs and their businesses. In particular advising on both UK and international transactions, formulating the tax structure as well as providing transaction services.Because I mainly work with entrepreneurs and their companies, I have also gained significant experience in providing tax advice to UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals.I started my career as an auditor, however this progressed into tax and I've specialised in tax planning for more than fifteen years. My deep tax technical knowledge, together with the business experience gained as an auditor, has given me a unique set of skills to provide pragmatic, commercial tax advice across a wide range of sectors. I'm both a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
