My background and experience is in Management, Executive Leadership, Music Composition, Musical Theater, Drama, Script Writing and Editing, Producing, Arranging, Vocal production, Music Education and Secondary and Collegiate education. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an emphasis in Piano from the University of MO-St. Louis; a Masters in Music Composition from Southern Methodist University and a Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership and Management from Dallas Baptist University. I serve as the Executive Director of Music and Fine Arts at the Potters House Church in Dallas, TX and for T.D. Jakes Ministries. I am the owner of Speak Life, LLC, a full service music production agency that trains, equips, and produces top quality students and projects in the area of music. I have served as a Music Ambassador for the US States Department, and I travel internationally each year teaching and performing and building cultural relationship with U.S. Embassy's around the world. Lastly, I am the Chief Executive Officer of Speak Life Academy of Arts and Music, Inc. Our goal is to become a charter holder in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and open several charter schools that focus on STEAM education as well as highlighting the arts.
