DFID funded Propcom Mai-khafi project £59.6m total budget-Led as a servant leader and coach for 6 Agile Scrum teams, ensuring the effective use and practice of the Agile framework.-Designed, applied and adapted theories of change for 8+ complex processes.-Managed 100% of the Scrum process, from initiation to management to delivery.-Successfully leveraged technology to provide access for smallholder farmers, resulting in cost savings, increased revenue for mechanisation service providers by 250x, and increased yield for farmers.-Developed creative communication strategies to better communicate with smallholder farmers, maximizing the project's objectives.-Supervised a cross-functional team of experts from product areas, support, and technology that provided support on the project.-Trained, equipped and monitored the activities of 165 B&H in three states that drove an income increase for 61,905 rural farmers.

-Successfully led the development of the #Digitalimo blueprint resulting in the adoption and use of advanced classroom technology in the southeastern states, with Imo as its pioneer.-Formulated and implemented a digital plan to connect the Aba business hub with digital consumers, aimed at launching Imo state as an e-commerce hub.-Analyzed policy to review selected operations, programs and practices using a data-driven approach to identify areas of Education.

Consulted for Nigeria's largest chamber of commerce by capital to ensure the provision of a highly skilled workforce to increase output.• Led eLearning development projects from start to finish.• Drive the design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of training materials, ensuring that they complement the overall training strategy; Engage with stakeholders to address learning needs.• Used creative solutions to designing eLearning offerings that are engaging and effective (Articulate Suite, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.).• Deliver virtual training programs around Learning design, web-based business presentation tools andcommunications design-global audience; Develop communication strategy and plans around learning initiatives• Produce internal communication contents across multiple channels (emails, meetings, intranet etc.).• Design innovation and engaging communications for a variety of media (Prezi, Sparkol, Powtoon, Infographic tools etc.).• Led the German embassy-funded #BEST1000 Initiative aimed at equipping youths in Northern Nigeria with digital skills.

Aiki Nigeria is a Microsoft Nigeria project and the biggest e-learning project on the continent. As a community manager, I managed the Aiki Community of over 100,000 Students and teachers, partnerships with governments. -Used social media, SEO, SEM to increase web traffic to Nigeria’s biggest e-learning platform.–Achieved 78,000 completion of courses using email marketing and social media marketing.I have also facilitated sessions on the Microsoft office ICT for Productivity series, and the ongoing #CODE2EARN series. Teaching over 26,000 students and mentor them directly on ICT education(software and hardware) has been quite a great success.

At Watershed Capital, it wasn't a "grab me a teacup internship" I was given a real work station and was involved in lots of tasks including collation of capital market research data, stock market monitor, economic news update to subscribers.

As the leader of the second-largest student organization in Nigeria, I have increased direct knowledge in journalism and information sharing using technology as a tool for building a strong foothold for advancement in society.

In 2013 I was elected to this office to serve and rebuild the almost dead union. Like every task, I created a template that would help the union and push the union into action using the biggest tool: passion. Today it's not only strong but one that has rebuilt and recreated writing in a creative way.
