Started off my career in the Pharmaceutical industry as a General Accountant ranging between Debtors ,Creditors ,Treasury ,Cost Accounting and then moving to a Financial Analyst. This was over a period of 7 years in the Pharmaceutical sector.Migrated to the FMCG industry and evolved from being a Cost Accountant to Budget and Planning analyst and then moving to Accounts Payable Manager for 13 Countries (EWA) and SOX Controller. which included 3 SAP implementation projects and 3 SAP modules i.e. MDM(Master Data Management ,Travel Management System and GRC( Governance Risk Control).Most recently I have been appointed as the Local Business Readiness Plan coordinator in the event of any Disaster recovery issues by the Global Champion in the NY head office.A knowledge building process over a period of 15 years in this fast pace industry has provided sound business acumen , attention to details and accuracy and to become techno savvy in an ever changing environment. The quick ability to adapt to system change has been an asset that has enabled me to work in any environment local and overseas.Have been on Short terms assignments to Poland, Saudi Arabia ,Morocco ,Dubai, France and Germany to collaborate IT with Finance to ensure smooth transitions.
