• Build client relationships with existing clients in insurance through client contact and educating them on services and the market • Provide outstanding service and delivery in line with both non-preferred and preferred supplier agreements• Regularly review and report on sales performance, sales forecasts and market trends• Ensure compliance with systems and procedures are met.• Acting as a buddy for new starters and training other consultants nationally

• Sourcing sales opportunities for senior sales executives• Research various markets including Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Insurance and IT• Sourcing high caliber candidates for senior consultants via various means including Internet advertising, referral programs and headhunting.• Selling various opportunities to candidates during the interview process• Taking full job briefs from clients • Selection and shortlisting of candidates for senior opportunities • Behavioral & competency based interviewing of senior candidates• Writing candidate profiles of senior candidates for presentation to clients• Achieving weekly KPI’s• Additional administrative support to 10 consultants
