Orlando Sharpe founded Sharpe Project Developments, Inc. in 1990 where they have developed over 10 million square feet of office, industrial and residential properties. His combined experience in development, planning, architecture, building construction, site development, governmental approvals, and tenant improvements has enabled him to represent clients in every aspect of a project’s development. Orlando has both a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, has been an active certified general contractor and is licensed in real estate. Mr. Sharpe was employed with Arvida/JMB from 1986 to 1990 where he gained extensive development experience. Prior to joining Arvida, Mr. Sharpe was employed by the Weitz Co. General Contractors as well as several architectural and engineering firms.Mr. Sharpe is the past President and a current member of the Board of Directors of NAIOP and a Board Member of Bluegreen Corporation. He has severed on the Board of Directors of Bethany Christian School and is the past President and a current board member of the Westminster Academy Athletic Booster Club.
