As an Associate Producer, I collaborate with Executive Producer and develop as well as direct productions for each project from concept to completion. I oversee SOW and PO management of projects ranging between $25K to $1M budgets. I also provide expertise in effectively managing logistics for shoots, booking resources, crew members, and permits; additionally, I effectively maintain production schedules. I support with recruitment of production companies, talent, and external vendors. I also am involved in managing and actively tracking budgets, filing expenses, and overseeing billing actualization. I support senior management with both domestics and international travel through solid travel coordination.

As a Broadcast Director, I have been engaged in administering the daily operational management, editorial content, and creative style to ensure the producer's vision is delivered for WHBQ Fox 13 News in Memphis, a local affiliate owned by the Atlanta-based Cox Media Group. In addition to broadcasting local and national news, Fox 13 provides weather reports, sports scores, and discusses health matters. I Methodically guide the production direction for broadcasts, including booking on-air talent, reviewing daily scripts, planning set ideas, resolving technical issues, and establishing the necessary processes to ensure each show is impactful and executed at the highest quality. I foster solid professional relationships with multiple cross-functional teams on broadcast production matters to ensure 100% error-free coordination and execution rate, and collaborates with Cox Media marketing staff to increase brand awareness for the Fox News product and expand audience engagement levels.Following is one of my key accomplishments:~ Implemented multiple strategies that successfully streamlined the production process for multiple cross-functional production teams, which increased WHBQ's productivity, efficiency, and broadcast quality.
