In this role, I am the lead Graphic Designer for Oxford Bus Company, Thames Travel, Carousel Buses, Pulhams and City Sightseeing Oxford. My work is seen by thousands daily and helps passengers navigate their way around our network and improves the overall customer experience.I assist the in-house marketing team with anything customer-facing including the production of social media posts, web pages, posters, promotional leaflets, network maps and vehicle liveries, alongside helping anyone with almost anything!I am involved in every step of production, from initial ideas through to working with suppliers with production and procurement. Working previously within a small marketing department (and now the commercial team) has allowed me to constantly demonstrate my level of attention to detail, problem solving and initiative. While the marketing manager was on maternity leave, I became the most senior in the department and started to work more closely with the directors and other departments, with colleagues coming direct to me with projects, problem solving, or for advice.As part of a restructure in 2024, the role was moved from the Marketing team to sit within the wider Commercial team, which resulted in a minor title change.

Worked as part of the team based in Cowley for Oxford Bus Company and Thames Travel, providing customer service - whether this was in person, on the phone, via email or social media. Also responsible for providing disruption updates and managing lost property.Between March and May 2022, I was seconded to the 'Marketing Officer' role - often performing two roles at once, one moment dealing with enquiries and the next designing a poster or timetable!

Primarily working to 'rebuild' sections of the store, alongside stocking shelves and serving on tills throughout the day as required. Often working with a skeleton crew, every day varied and often involved flipping between tasks constantly with varying customer flows. While officially not part of my job, I regularly assisted with training staff in all aspects of the role.
