Product Manager worked with Cross- disciplinary team: Application, database, images streaming and processing, infrastructure and geo-tagging service, data science.My responsibilities include:• Developing the product from its conceptual stage up to its operational deployment.• Full planning and day-to-day work with R&D in an Agile development in Scrum methodology.• Creation user stories, specifications and product features into detailed work order across teams.• Working collaboratively with user experience experts, providing mockups and initiating usability testing.• Initiating and maintaining direct relationships with customers, and converting their feedback to defined product specifications with defined KPIs and success metrics.• Built the long-term product vision and strategy, needs & task analysis, roadmap, concept design, detailed product design, product requirements.

• Managing a team of Tech Support specialists and being the escalation point in complex cases.• Managing and participating in systems adoption in a different units.• Onboarding and Training new Tech Support specialists.• Determined quality department standards, practices and procedures.• Inspected products progress throughout development.• Writing and managing an integration program with external companies.

• Handling and solving technical issues, training gaps, encountered by systems users departments and individuals.• Investigating cases with different scale of complexity, discover bugs, and escalating findings to RnD.• Working closely with Product Manaagers and R&D teams on suggestions and scoping new functionality.
