Emea Recruiting Coordinator - Candidate Experience
Current• Coordinated high-volume interview activity in an efficient manner across time zones for Leadership candidates and Emerging Talent (Interns) within the EMEA region.• Worked proactively under tight deadlines and pressure to solve scheduling challenges and urgencies with cross functional partners (EAs, interviewers, hiring managers, directors, and recruiters/sources) to ensure exceptional candidate experience.• Partnered with the wide EMEA Candidate Experience team to constantly improve interview processes and candidate experience outcomes by maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS), and generating recruiting reports.• Arranged candidate travel arrangements (housing, visa, and accessibility, if needed), as well as processed candidate expenses.• Oversaw the Tel Aviv site interviewers’ training with the collaboration of recruiters/sources to increase accuracy and reliability of the hiring process while focusing on DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).• Supported the Tel Aviv site internship program, conducted logistics of onboarding and offboarding, and organized the interns graduation event.
