As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia State University, I support the faculty and students in the Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management program. I facilitate in-person classes, grade assignments, and exams, and provide feedback and guidance to learners. I am passionate about enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field of international logistics and supply chain management, and applying them to real-world scenarios and challenges.Before joining GSU, I worked as a Senior Executive at Colombo International Container Terminals, where I managed customer relationships, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives for the largest and most advanced container terminal in South Asia. I have worked on and secured multiple contracts with global shipping lines and freight forwarders. I also received the Customer Service Star award twice for my outstanding performance and leadership. I have a Bachelor of Science in International Transportation Management and Logistics from Dalian Maritime University. I have strong competencies in customer relationship management, problem solving, time management, teamwork, and leadership.
