Primarily have worked on matters across the board both in civil and criminal matters. Have been a part of and represented several Government Boards, such as BDA, KHB, GTTC and Kodagu Zilla Panchayat. In addition to this, I have assisted in drafting, making submissions and arguments before the various Trial Courts, Tribunals, Forums and High Court of Karnataka in cases under the ambit of commercial disputes, family cases and other such civil and criminal matters.

Interned for the duration of one months, had an exposure into various kinds of criminal matters, dealt by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), Criminal Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED). Apart from this also worked on drafting certain petitions and drafts.

• Assisted in research on a landmark case that dealt with formulation of education policy for SC/ST students.• Drafted several divorce petitions under Section 13B of the Hindu Married Act, 1955.• Witnessed and have been a part of client counseling of parties to a divorce.• Drafted Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non- Poaching Agreements.• Drafted replies to notices of termination, and worked on other notable cases.

• Attended a criminal trial that dealt with negligent driving of the client that lead to the death of another person at the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Devanahalli.• Conducted a fact finding and filed a report on the existing condition of the gravediggers at a few noted cemeteries in Bangalore. This was later taken up by the State Human Rights Commission.• Took part in a mobile clinic to help educate the rural women of their rights and awareness of legal assistance.• Conducted sessions on the importance of constitution and gender equality to the students of 10th standard, and also engaged them with team building activities.
