We help debt ridden young dentists who didn't come from a business background become supported dental practice owners in locations of their choice. We do this by identifying and purchasing practices in their desired areas from mentor dentists who feel an obligation to nurture the transition for their legacy, for their team, and for the profession. For the young dentist we provide early commitment “scholarships”, make buy-in easy when they are ready, and provide all of the business and clinical support they need to be successful, along with the autonomy they need to be happy.We want to reduce the fear, risk, and barriers to true practice ownership for those coming out of school with nearly non-existent business and clinical experience and a debt load that seems impossible to overcome. We will know we are successful when young dentists across the country become financially independent faster, become owners faster in practices they love, in areas they love, living the life they want to live.

After a practice purchase opportunity fell through I went to work here until I could find another ownership opportunity. I enjoyed the people (all doctors and staff) but realized first hand this type of dentistry didn't fit my professional goals.

A great associate opportunity with Dr. Robert Klement in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Dr. Klement is a highly trained cosmetic dentist having been through the entire curriculum at the Las Vegas Institute. The esthetic pearls of smile design I received from him are universally relevant and his committment to continuing education inspired my own constant pursuit for knowledge.
