CurrentThe goal: Improving service to the citizen and streamlining the activities of its units, through the initiation, establishment and support of advanced, high-quality and available information systems. Also, to form professional and efficient units on technological issues in the public sector.• Leading the work plan and project management according to the AGILE methodology• Close work interfaces with CIO, Project managers, Development managers (delivery), Innovation division• Monitoring the progress of the projects, including gathering data and information on all the main characteristics of the project: schedules, resources, risks, budget and quality.• Status tracking and updating; regular reporting to management• Preparing board meetings materials: building CIO presentations• Ensuring execution of management decisions across the organization, keeping track of the CIO's tasks
