About Oskar Hagelskjaer

My research interests encompass all topics related to microplastics, with a particular focus on atmospheric microplastics in the aerosol size range (1-50 µm) and the development of protocols to isolate them in various matrices. Additionally, I am dedicated to creating environmentally relevant reference microplastics, specifically fragments and fibers, to replace surrogate microplastic beads.Having defended my PhD, I am now launching the startup project 'Microplastic Solution,' offering commercial microplastic analysis services, mitigation strategies, and the manufacturing of microplastic reference materials.
