I have been working since I was 13 years old. Started as a sheet metal smith where i produced different sheet steel profiles for roofs, windowsills. Worked there at summer breaks. In higschool years I got some income from being a promoter of various products in shops and stores. I also was a part of event service crew that built tents and stages in Estonia and Finland. Later in university years I was a barman, pizza "chef" and a bank teller. After finishing university i landed a job as a Metso Product manager for Baltics. I got to know various aggregate producers across the Baltics, visited many quarries and sandpits in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuainia. I provided a lot of technical assistance mainly in finding out and ordering spareparts for customers who used Metso and Svedala products. Perhaps a highlight of that time was arranging cone repair for a cone crusher that had been working since 1970-ties. Currently I am working as GNSS and 3D machine guidance and control engineer at Baltem. I am providing technical assistance to customers who use Komatsu iMC series equipment and Topcon systems on their machines in Estonia. Since I am working in a somewhat futuristic position i also try to innovate ways that we provide technical assistance by creating tutorial and technical assistance videos that are accessible for anyone at any time via conventional video platforms like YouTube. This allows us to provide technical assistance, promote products and our customers at the same time.
