I work as a Senior Solution Consultant at Innofactor AS. Innofactor is a consulting company that focuses on Microsoft's cloud services. I work within the field of Modern Workplace and for the past two years I have been focusing on sharing my experience and working more strategically with customers. The goal is to help them get more out of the Microsoft 365 platform by putting together a strategy with a focus on security, development and adoption of new and existing solutions.Since I started my career as a consultant I have been involved in a lot of different technologies, but the main focus has always been on understanding what the customers want and how I can add value. Therefore, I have visited several areas to gain a deeper understanding of what Microsoft 365 is and can do. Having up-to-date subject experience is important, which is why I have always focused on certifications and renewing these every year. I have certifications within Microsoft 365, Identity, Security, Incident Management and Device Management. I am also doing an MBA in Technology Management part-time. The goal is to gain broader subject experience, build network and more experience with strategy and management.I am a versatile and empathetic person who enjoys working at the intersection between technology and people. In my free time, I enjoy running in nature, climbing, and consider myself a social and approachable person.
