My mother worked with organizations all over Sweden to improve happiness at work. Since that time I have always been interested in this topic. As per Gallup research, the majority of the world goes to a job they do not feel engaged at. I want to change that! The way I can contribute is with keynotes, training, workshops, team building and coaching. Two things have changed since my mother developed her happiness at work concepts in the 80s and 90s. First, the world is more global. Secondly, it is changing faster than ever. So to add to my mother's concept I also teach cross-culture communication and how to deal with a rapidly changing world. Cross-culture communicationFor global teams, one challenge is cross-culture communication. In my cross-culture workshops and teambuilding, I combine research with my own experience of living in 7 countries, travelling to more than 50 and interacting with more than 150 different nationalities. Both to improve communication within teams and also international sales and business development. Organizations in the future will be even more multicultural! Happiness for individualsMy whole life I have been interested in what makes people happy and successful. Based on my research I have now developed a toolbox for self-leadership that I call Strategic Tech Coaching. The purpose is to help ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs to more happiness, success and productivity in times of rapid change. I share it in keynotes, workshops, my podcast and individual coaching.
