As a Senior R&T Engineer I am part of the Management Team of GKN Aerospace R&T Centre Sweden. The centre is responsible for brining technologies from ides into matured solutions that can be used by our commercial programs. We apply Agile Lean principles to ourselves and our organization to maximize our deliveries to our clients throughout the GKN organization. My current responsibilities includes:- Program management (Budgeting, Planning, Execution)- R&T Centre Management (Development of our organization, Participate in Steering Groups, Strategy, Executive function for the center)- Change Management- Coaching of our centre employees and the teams in their daily work to make sure we always apply our Agile and Lean principles. - Technical responsibility for delivered prototypes and testing.
