Product owner and business lead for the development and maintenance of the payments processing of SEPA, Bacs & FPS, debit card processing, invoicing, income and expense management from back-end to web to mobile apps. Driving customer value together with the teams consisting of design, full stack development and UX research, where my biggest stake is ensuring that all parts are in balance. And collaborating with stakeholder through the whole organisation from legal to marketing to support and operations. Launched a Debit Mastercard as principal member in less than 3 months from start to fully operational mode during 2020. Developing how we run our product management setup and compose product teams to scale up the platform and the organisation. Supporting strategy work and owning parts of the roadmap and several product team backlogs. Direct report for a team of service managers supporting the operative side of the payment processing platform.

Responsible for the customer facing development consisting of income and expense tooling, invoicing, a online store shop front, bookkeeping & reports. Owning and developing the product management setup to support scaling up the business for growth with more teams and structures to get all parts of the organisation involved in developing the platform. Launched new native mobile apps that we developed from scratch as an additional platform alongside the extensive web application.

Porvoo

Set up a new production line for metal sheet work, including concept to an actual running process line, pricing and billing. Custom prototype work clients for using 3D CAD models, 3-D printing and CNC milling, with one successful prototype leading to a portable standup workdesk linked below.

Espoo

Product management for service development, analysing business needs, product owner in scrum software development. Documenting new services and taking the services from concepts into production. Manage the backlog and roadmap for several products and working close to our business managers, architects, UX architect and fellow product owners to name a few. The development is run on multiple sites simultaniously in multiple locations worldwide.

Supporting implementation projects for different e-invoicing solutions in Europe, APAC and North America. Project Management for smaller projects and direct implementation of certain e-invoice services. Some sales support as well. Involved a lot of work around XSL and XML standards, also understanding business needs for e-invoicing.

Åbo

The work was part of a research project called SmartOpt. During this project I wrote my Masters thesis on supply chain optimimization and analisys of a B2B supply chain in Finland. The task involved understanding processes, identifying problem areas, analysing large quantities of data, linear and nonlinear programming using GAMS, optimizing production flows and using heuristic methods in the programming.
