First as the CEO in the companys first three years and then the following years as the chairman and now director of the board and large shareholder.My Attensi story started when I founded and funded the company in 2009. The very beginning was based on the idea of developing game technology to simulate and repetitively train on real working situations to create measurable business impact. The second goal was to make it profitable from day one without external funding. This was achieved with an extreme focus on sales, steering customer expectations and delivering customer value. In 2012 magic happened, Trond Aas founded Norsim and bought shares in Attensi at the same time. Shortly after, Trond accepted to be the CEO of Attensi and in 2013 Norsim was merged in to Attensi. With Trond as the CEO, backed by me as the chairman, we worked together on the business development of the company, but the truth is that Trond built and made Attensi into a fairytale. Not to forget Krister Kristiansen, which I met in 2010 while he was with BCG and after he joined Attensi in 2015, has built the European and US Attensi operation out of London. Most importantly of all, is the layer by layer of awesome leaders and employees that are building Attensi to its world leading position!
