Key responsibilities included programmatic campaign production on multiple DSPs, real-time campaign optimisation and campaign reporting and making recommendations based on the results. In addition to standard campaign production the role has given opportunities to explore more advanced solutions such as dynamic remarketing and responsive ads. The work required working as a part of various teams, both internal and external in Finnish and English.

Intership included the basics of programmatic advertising and provided introduction to web analytics & reporting and campaign optimization.

Elo is Finland’s preferred employment pension insurer. One third of all Finnish companies and 40 % of self-employed persons in Finland have chosen Elo to manage their employment pension insurance needs.While employed at Elo, I was responsible of two projects. On the first project, the main objective was to research and create ways how co-operation between Elo and the partners could be enhanced. The job demanded independent working attitude, along with abilities to take responsibilities and come up with new creative and innovative solutions on how business operations could be developed. Through my second main-project, I got to run a virtual startup company of my own and through that explore how a pension company could newly established companies on their operations (See link below for more information of the Start-Up project Elovator).
