As the Community Manager for Sweden I was responsible for Samsung's external communication with their respective communities across social media networks in Sweden. As a result of the large amounts of content and data produced by daily operations I developed new frameworks for logging cases, which were then used for further analysis and insights. Tasks also included copywriting and asset ideation and creation, as well as adjusting outsourced content for our social media platforms. In addition to my operational tasks I have also assisted other clients such as Hankook in a Content Manager role during seasonal campaigns and projects. In this role I was responsible for planing long term social content and copywriting, as well as developing the project's overall social media strategy.

As a video production assistant at Stockholm University I quite often run recording sessions in a studio environment with various professors at the institution. This work entails the management of technical equipment, live mixing of shots during recording, as well as editing and publishing of the final video. Additionally, we perform similar services "in the field" during occasions such as seminars or lectures held in classrooms, offices, and during external seminars with university stakeholders.

In my role as an intern and a freelancing junior video producer at Nordic Morning (formerly JG Communication) I was responsible for a wide range of tasks spanning the entirety of a production. During pre-production we would conceptualize content and strategies for clients and work on our final pitch, develop script drafts and create storyboards. Production often entailed the management of talent and coordinating with the crew to communicate the concept. In the post-production stages I would prepare content cuts and assist with various editing and administrative tasks.
