First marketing person in an early stage enterprise SaaS startup. Responsibilities include conducting structured weekly marketing experiments to identify the company’s messaging and channels, collaborating with business development and implementation teams on increasing LTV, and establishing baseline marketing infrastructure to scale the company beyond seed stage. Key metrics include lead generation and lead velocity rate.

Hired for various assignments during my parental leave. Notable mentions include startup mentorship with 500 Startups in Saudi Arabia, interim CMO at mental health clinic WeMind, and strategy consultant for a SaaS project at law firm Synch Advokat.

Recruited by the external investors to replace the founders and ensure a continued progress for this early stage SaaS startup (then named Aevy, no Intro.io). Initiated a turnaround process with a new business model and a new team which lead the company to a cash-flow positive state and a healthier outlook. Exited when the turnaround process was complete.

Scouted and selected potential startups for investments and acted as a mentor and point of contact for the founders in some of the startups that received investment. Participated in the investment process for a total of ~150 startups (total investment of ~$15M) and was mentoring approximately 20 founders.

Planned and executed the establishing of Narrative's business in the United States, out of San Francisco, CA. Responsible for recruiting and managing the US team and serving as the main point of contact for all Narrative's partners in North America, including communications agencies, retailers, distributors, and investors. Frequently acting as the appointed head of Swedish-based Narrative departments for their US operations. Reporting to the CEO in Sweden.

Board members include Om Malik of True Ventures, Keith Rabois of Khosla Ventures, Eileen Burbidge of Passion Capital, Johan Brenner of Creandum and Björn Wesén, CTO at Narrative. As the board's chairman, I act as the board's head during and between meetings. and as the investors' point of contact with the management together with the CEO.

In the role of co-founder I had the privilege to be involved in many different aspects of the company: business development, team recruitment, product development, fundraising ($12M in total) establishing online sale and brick-and-mortar retail partnerships and moving to San Francisco, California in 2014 to set up and lead the new US operations.As the marketing officer, I ran the company’s marketing team (varying in headcount from 2-10) and had the ultimate responsibility for Narrative’s branding, communication, and online marketing as well as the management of the company’s external communication agencies. I held a seat in the management team and reported directly to the CEO.

An early employee in the agency’s digital team, responsible for creating new digital offerings for new and existing clients. I was the account manager for big and small clients and projects, and I ran product launches and events from start to finish for some of Sweden’s major companies and organizations.

As a board member, I provided guidance for the board in areas such as marketing, financials, business development and organizational structure.

While operating as CEO at Netclips, I also served on the board of directors. Other members of the board included external investors and, after Eniro's acquisition, delegates from Eniro. I reported to the Chairman of the Board and provided the board with necessary information on the company's ongoing business such as revenue reports, market reports, technology reports and team reports.About NetclipsNetclips was a pioneering startup in online video, with a b2c side (Bubblare.se) where users could upload and share videos, and a b2b side where the company offered a white label version of its video technology to online communities. Bubblare.se quickly became one of the strongest internet consumer brands in Sweden and the go-to place for video sharing and entertainment. The b2b offering was implemented on major Scandinavian online portals, such as Sol.no, Suomi24.fi and Passagen.se. Following an explosive growth after launching in the summer of 2006, Netclips was partially acquired by Eniro in February 2007, 7 months after the company’s inception

Founding CEO for Sweden’s first online video network. Launched in all Scandinavian countries and established the brand as the leading player on the rapidly emerging online video market. Exited to Eniro in early 2007 and continued to work on online video implementation in Eniro’s products.

I co-founded the advertising agency and together with my two co-founders I created the business plan, developed the company's branding and initiated the first customer acquisitions.

I joined Hamsterpaj as the first employee after the founder, when the company began the transition from being a one-person hobby project to a company with high growth ambitions and aggressive revenue goals. My responsibility was to create a market strategy and a branding for the company. I grew the user acquisition to making Hamsterpaj.net one of Sweden's largest websites among people aged 12-20, using a communication strategy with a focus on PR, events and online word of mouth.About Hamsterpaj.netHamsterpaj.net is an online community with discussion forums, messaging, news and entertainment for Swedish teens. At its peak in 2005-2007 Hamsterpaj was one of Sweden's largest websites in its target group.
