After establishment of the company, executed takeover of assets (car stock with 300 units with value up to 1m EUR) and employees from sister company, created 4 new branches, assembled new sales teams and created daily operation models to achieve turnover and profit plans.

Mogo finance is leading financial leasing and vehicle leaseback provider in subprime market operating in Europe (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Armenia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Moldova).Reporting to Country manager and being a part of management team, developed and led new pre-owned car sales branch with the aim of increasing amount and quality of existing leasing portfolio. Responsible for strategy, planning, reporting, effectiveness, employee training and development, as well as sales results.After shareholder decision to demerge the company arranged legal formalities, prepared assets for take-over, closed existing car sales branches, found and negotiated new locations for daily sales operations of the new company.

Reporting to Dealership director and being a part of management team, led Ford and Mazda retail sales team. Responsible for sales processes, stock planning, marketing activities, reporting, effectiveness, employee training and development, as well as sales results.

Management of fleet replacement strategy (fleet size - up to 2000 units). Market researches. Public tender management with aim to purchase most economically advantageous vehicles for company needs. Management of outworn car auctions.
