Promotion and support of the workshop's talent to ensure the continuity of the workshop.-Responsible for Carrying out the AOP (Annual Objectives Plan) and deploying the team to achieve the goals set by the organization.-Responsible for Planning the Department's Annual Investments, both in OPEX and CAPEX.-Responsible for the Management of the Business Plan according to the annual production forecast and the General Management guidelines of the company.-Responsible for the preparation of the annual plan to carry out Overhauling, Process Improvement and Retrofitting of production facilities.-National coordinator among all Nissan plants in Spain for the 5SR - 5 Safety Rules (Intrinsic Safety in industrial maintenance tasks), reporting to the local management and to the BRM global management in Yokohama, Japan.-Responsible for the 5S, TMC (Total Maintenance Capability), Club Metière (Exchange of Know-how worldwide of Nissan and Renault), GMR (Global Maintenance Report), etc ... to implement the company standard and achieve the objectives set .-Responsible for the Review of Legal action procedures and coordination with the departments involved in them.-Responsible for Energy Cost Planning and Management and energy improvement analysis supporting the plant's energy saving team.
