I joined the music revolution at Spotify early; making deals, building teams and launching new markets, including the biggest one; USA. After a stint in Silicon Valley, and doing new business development at iHeart where I discovered the opportunities in podcasting, I joined Acast to pioneer podcast tech and build a marketplace for audio storytellers. Until mid-2023, I orchestrated Acast's day-to-day business; formulating the company direction and executing the plan across 15 countries of operation with ~500 staff. In June 2021, we took Acast public on NASDAQ and after 6 years, I left to start Wondercraft to solve a big problem of in the creator industry; accessible audio production.I sometimes mentor and invest in startups to scratch my curiosity itch and when time permits. I love working with passionate entrepreneurs with fire in their bellies and a mission to do something grand.
