Oscar Rueda is a Customs Lawyer with a Master's degree in International Business Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He is the General Director of Consorcio Jurídico Aduanero, a renowned Mexican consulting and customs defense firm. Considered one of the main advisors on Foreign Trade in Mexico by the magazine Estrategia Aduanera, he has served as Secretary of the Center for Foreign Trade Competitiveness, A.C. (CENCOMEX) and as a member of the Mexican Institute of Executives in Foreign Trade, A.C. (IMECE). He is also co-author of the book "Customs and Foreign Trade Consultant" published by Thomson Reuters, and head trainer for the Coordinator for the Promotion of Foreign Trade of Guanajuato (COFOCE) and for the Latin American Confederation of Customs Brokers, A.C.
