About Óscar Martínez

Inicié mi carrera profesional en el mundo de la auditoría y la consultoría, y desde el año 2000 he compaginado mi actividad como máximo responsable financiero de una agencia de medios con el mundo de la enseñanza y del corporate finance.En el año 2010 participé activamente en el proceso de MBO de la empresa en la que trabajaba como Director General Financiero. Tras la toma de una participación mayoritaria en la misma por parte del grupo alemán de comunicación Serviceplan Group, fui nombrado CFO de Mediaplus Alma y de Serviceplan Spain, la agencia de creatividad en la que también participa.Desde octubre de 2023 ejerzo también como CFO de Mediaplus Equmedia tras su adquisición por parte de Serviceplan Group. I began my professional career in the world of auditing and consulting, and since 2000 I have combined my activity as Chief Financial Officer of a media agency with the world of teaching and corporate finance.In 2010 I actively participated in the MBO process of the company where I worked as CFO. Following the acquisition of a majority stake in the company by the German communications group Serviceplan Group, I was appointed CFO of Mediaplus Alma and Serviceplan Spain, the creative agency in which it also has a stake.Since October 2023, I have also been CFO of Mediaplus Equmedia following its acquisition by Serviceplan Group.
