A short term consultancy working in the UN Joint Program on Local Governance and Decentralized Service Delivery (JPLG: jplg.org) in Somaliland. I was consulting on a GIS based property and revenue for revenue management systems for Somaliland spanning 4 Municipalities; Hergeisa, Borama, Berbere and Gebiley with varied project scopes;- Developed project work breakdown structures that met stakeholders stake in Head Office and all Local Government Mayors- Developed system protocols, procedures for managing - Led data collection and correction across all systems in all the municipalities- Led Training and skills transfer across all municipalities

Worked in a wide team to build an Internet ecosystem and improve accessibility for African Universities in Sub-Saharan Africa through deployment and adoption of Google Apps for Education under Google Apps Supporting Programs (GASP). - Participated in technical projects, working closely with external partners, Google engineers and technical staff to design and launch information systems and infrastructure projects to various universities across Africa.- Held consultative meetings with Senior University Staff such as VC’s and ICT Directorates to evaluate and propose Google Apps solutions- Project Managed the entire project cycle for Google Apps for Education implementation, from expression of interest to fully execution for 15 Universities in Kenya and Uganda- Provided advisory and anlysis to Management and IT heads of various universities on matters regarding Google Apps for Education Apps like cost benefit savings, impact and deployment and technical integration- Developed the teams’ weekly data analysis approaches for impact tracking and decision making.- Designed of Google Apps training approaches, scopes and resources that would be shared and used to all SSA Universities.- Developed various web solutions, portals and scripts for aiding IT teams in deployment.- Developed and managed the internal team project tracking and updating web system- Took 20% interest in other projects/teams that included UX (Day in the Life of a User) and BebaPay Payment
