  As Digital Director for one of the Qatar’s leading integrated marketing agencies, I am responsible for the entire digital output of the agency. The role is multidisciplinary that covers, team management, driving innovation in digital marketing/strategy, client services/account directing and heading up new business for the digital side of the business.Managing a team of 12 digital marketing experts ranging from digital strategists, social media experts, content producers and motion designers, I am responsible for the delivery and measurement of every digital project. This includes projects/campaigns for many local/global brands from multiple sectors: Retail, F&B, Banking, Automotive, Transport, Media, Art & Culture and Sport. I am part responsible for the ongoing organic growth of the agency and head up all new business activity for the digital side of Sixty Degrees. This ranges from initial meetings, producing and leading pitches. As a part of the senior team for the agency I have responsibility for the ongoing management of the business as a whole to ensure financial growth, staff development/satisfaction and client acquisition/retention.
