- Onboarding new Sellers/Vendors, and assist them in the process of joining, listing new products, make the products live on the portal and application, assist in content creation, handling all issuesthat the client is facing in the intire process, and manage their accounts in order to make the process smooth and convenient for the client.- Conducting training sessions for new employees about the process and how to solve the escalations and technical issues we receive from our partners.- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed- Suggest solutions in a timely manner- Provide training to new employees with our process and duties and how to complete their daily tasks.- Provide assistance to Noon External Partners in everything they are facing with our process, platforms, Payments issues, technical issues, etc.- More of duties that I can share with you upon request
