My focus is on developing and managing alliances that enhance our global market presence while ensuring cohesive growth and alignment across all business units. • Leading the development and execution of the global partnership strategy to expand our reach and market impact. • Establishing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners, including technology providers, distributors, and other key players across different industries. • Overseeing and coordinating with our group companies and subsidiaries to ensure strategic alignment and synergistic growth across all units. • Managing relationships with government institutions and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, facilitate partnerships, and support business development initiatives. • Representing Kontrolmatik at industry conferences, governmental meetings, and key stakeholder events to enhance our brand visibility and strengthen strategic relationships. • Negotiating partnership agreements to maximize value for both Kontrolmatik and our partners. • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, business development, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and successful partnership integration. • Identifying emerging opportunities in international markets and creating strategies to capitalize on them.My goal in this role is to build a robust ecosystem of partnerships, foster group synergies, maintain strong relationships, and effectively represent Kontrolmatik at key forums to accelerate growth, foster innovation, and drive value for all stakeholders involved.
