Started my career journey at Migros in E-commerce and Operations division as a specialist to process digital orders generated from Migros website and develop the website to appeal more to clients to place their digital orders. I was appointed as a team leader after a four years of disciplined operation. During my career I have supported the growth of the e-commerce business and helped to develop a sales channel of 1,5% of the total revenue accumulated. Developed the team and the process to increase efficiency of order processing and the process supporting it.
