In this period leading the finance function of ALDI France as interim on site in Paris two days per week.Leading the finance division, including integration of 400 new stores acquired from Leader-Price France into finance & accounting structure etc.

Responsible for all corporate reporting, corporate tax, and accounting. Reporting to Group and collaborating with Group management.Build up a new business finance function, establish new management reporting including tech landscape, system and data flow, KPI’s, data quality and implementing forecast and budgeting processes as well as significant faster closing procedure.
