Financial Controlling, Attention to Detail, and Account Reconciliation are some of the core competencies that I bring to my role as a Chief Accountant at Sahaab. 1) In this position, I oversee the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. 2) I manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations. 3) I prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and tax reports, following the international financial reporting standards (IFRS). 4) I also assist the management in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, using advanced Excel skills and MIS tools.I have more than three years of experience in accounting and finance, working for GIAD Industrial Group before joining Sahaab. 1) There, I handled large-scale transactions, reconciled vendor accounts, and recorded fixed assets. 2) I also contributed to the improvement of the accounting systems and procedures, enhancing efficiency and quality. 3) I was recognized for my attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I am passionate about accounting and finance, and I am always eager to learn and grow. I hold a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sudan for Science and Technology, and I am certified by ACCA with a diploma in IFRS. I am also proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to add value to the organization and achieve its objectives.
