Senior Commercial Coordinator - Business Development Power & Water
• Commercial activates and full support to business development and sales team, analyze the viability of the market projects, projects planning, commercial planning, program management, systems compliance.• Supervise activities of a specific client – Key Oil and Gas companies & Ministry of Electricity and Water, supervise all commercial, administrative and financial activities related to the department. • Arranging and submission Pre-qualification requirements about the company and Principals, and follow up pre-qualification status with main sectors (Oil & Gas and Ministries...), and coordinate with Clients the Pre-Qualification necessary requirements.• Maintains the department management system, databases, reports, and records that are necessary.• Implement plans towards strategic marketing of the company’s products and Principals.• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies B2B.• Set up meetings with potential clients (Projects Management) and listen to their requirements of (Deiseal Generators, Solar Cells, Chlorination Pumps, Electric wires ….).• Issue a monthly/Quarterly Projects and sales report per country/agent and commercial line, in order to evaluate and analyze strategies and position, Issue an ‘’Activity report‘’ for the suppliers, Issue a seasonal detailed report summarizing the positive and negative points (SWOT).
